The Interreg project undertakes to ensure the availability of the website in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 4, 2019. on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. The accessibility statement applies to the website

Requests for unavailable information can be submitted in the same way and accessibility requests can be made.

Everyone has the right to request that the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or any of their elements be ensured. You can also request information to be made available using an alternative access method, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of the video without audio description, etc. The request should contain the data of the person submitting the request, indicate which website or mobile application is meant and the method of contact. If the requesting person reports the need to receive information by means of an alternative method of access, he should also specify a convenient method of presenting this information. The public entity should execute the request immediately, not later than within 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the person making the request when the task can be performed, and the deadline may not be longer than 2 months from the date of the request. If digital accessibility is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information. In the event that the public entity refuses to perform the task of ensuring the availability or alternative means of access to information, the person submitting the request may file a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or element of the website or mobile application. After exhausting the above-mentioned procedure, you can also submit an application to the Ombudsman.

Availability of building entrance and passage through control areas 

At the Faculty, we have two entrances to the facilities – one to the didactic building and the other to the auditorium building. Both entrances are equipped with automatic sliding doors – activated by a motion sensor. There is a security post at each of the entrances. Directly at the entrances there are ramps with ramps for the disabled. Ramps are equipped with landings and safety barriers. Hardened driveways, no thresholds that prevent entry.

Accessibility of corridors, stairs and lifts 

The Faculty has publicly accessible stairs and corridors over 140 cm wide. The facility has 3 lifts adapted to the needs of disabled people with automatic door opening. Lifts to the lifts from corridor halls exceed 10 m2. It is possible to communicate with the security post.

Types of adjustments inside the building 

In toilets for the disabled there are “KALER” paging systems connected with security posts.

Parking spaces designated for disabled people and how to use them 

There are 2 public (free) parking spaces for the disabled in the external area of the Faculty. The stands are marked with horizontal and vertical signs. Access to the above-mentioned places from Będzińska Street and Lwowska Street.

Admission with an assistance dog 

Please note that you can enter the building with an assistance dog and a guide dog.

Sign language interpreter 

There is no sign language interpreter in the building, and there is no on-line interpreter service.
The need to contact a sign language interpreter should be reported at least 3 days before the planned visit.

Compatibility

The website is fully recognizable by reading programs for blind people such as
Window-Eyes, JAWS or NVDA. Full service support is possible both with the keyboard and the mouse

Navigation assistance

In case of any problems with navigation, we recommend the following key combinations:
• CTRL + F5 – reloading the page content.
The website is adapted to be operated with both the mouse and the keyboard itself, using the following keys:
• TAB – move to the next clickable element,
• SHIFT + TAB – move to the previous clickable item,
• ENTER – performing the default action, usually pressing the OK button,
• SPACE – go to the next section on the page,
• ← ↑ → ↓ – scrolling the visible part of the page.
